Delete your account and data

You can delete your Planet Merge account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Option 1 – in the game (fastest)

Open the game and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Profile and press Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 – by e-mail

If you cannot open the game, send an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address of the account (or, for a Telegram / Apple / Google account, tell us the sign-in method and your player ID) with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, e-mail address, sign-in links (Google, Apple, Telegram), profile photo and sessions.
Your scores, leaderboard entries, game history, balances (meteors, stardust, diamonds), unlocked scenes and upgrades.

What may be kept

Purchase and tax records, for as long as the law requires.
Anonymous or aggregated statistics, and security logs needed to prevent abuse.
Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within about 7 days.
Local data stored in your browser or device; clear it from your browser/app settings.
Subscriptions or payments made through Apple, Google, Stripe or Telegram are managed by those providers; deleting the account does not refund purchases.
